With 25+ years of culinary experience, Chef Rakesh Ramola brings a world of expertise to IndeBlue Indian Bistro in Crawfordville. Classically trained and influenced by his culinary experiences in India, Cyprus, London, and the Northeastern U.S., Chef Ramola specializes in traditional and modern Indian cuisine.
His restaurants have earned recognition including Best of Philly by Philadelphia Magazine, Best of South Jersey and Best Indian Restaurant honors from South Jersey Magazine, and recognition as a Top 10 Indian Restaurant in the U.S. by NBC. He was also invited to participate in Chopped Rooftop in New York City.
